Should Recruiters Give Final Feedbacks After Interviews?

This is one of the promising topics which every recruiter needs to know about. Every candidate is spending much time getting the interviews. In the same way, every recruiter is working hard to get the candidates on board. In most cases, after the interview rounds, the HRs or recruiters fail to respond with feedback.
As a candidate, do you face such a situation?
Sending the feedback irrespective of the result is a good thing in which the candidate can make sure whether to wait or proceed further. Let’s discuss in detail, HRavailable.
Responsibility in feedback
The recruiters ask candidates to respond after they are selected for the interview rounds. Some candidates may not be interested and will not respond or attend the interview processes. In such cases, the interviewers and recruiters find it difficult to cope with the situation. As a recruiter do you agree with this matter?
But as another version, many candidates will be truthful in their words, attend the interviews, and may or may not get selected. If a candidate gets selected, yes, the recruiter responds. But if not selected, most of the recruiters won’t respond. This is a tough stage for the candidates. They don’t even know whether they are on hold, or eliminated, or not considered!
So as per HRavailable opinion candidates should be informed about their feedback regarding their chance at the job. Never feel regrated or shy or aggressive to inform them if not selected too. It’s a common thing.
Candidates Reaction
To some extent, the people positively accept feedback and move forward, HRavailable. But still, some people are hard to accept the truth and react badly.
For example, there happened cases when the recruiter mailed that the candidate is not selected this time and will keep their resume in the database and consider in case any matching profile comes. The candidate responded aggressively. In such cases, the recruiters need to handle it smoothly as possible.
HRavailable concludes as a recruiter you should be able to handle every situation and without hesitation send feedbacks to candidates after interviews.
