HRavailable  is urgently hiring for a Senior Business Analyst role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It is a full-time senior role, and the minimum experience required is 3 years in the related field.

• Leading the software requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation process to ensure that the software meets the business’s and its users’ needs.
• Managing the analysis phase of new systems and features, and distributing processes among the functional team to ensure that all aspects of the software are considered.
• Capturing the reporting requirements, statistical and analytical, to ensure that the software provides meaningful data and insights to the business.
• Facilitating CRP (customer requirements planning) sessions and leading system review demos for both existing and potential clients to ensure that the software meets their needs and expectations.
• Conducting crucial User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and leading system sign-off reviews to ensure that the software is ready for release and meets quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams, ensuring that the software meets the needs of both groups.
• Identifying potential problems and risks early and working to mitigate them.
• Managing and executing change management processes, including impact analysis and communication.

Work Location: Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

Notice Period: 30 days maximum

Salary offered: AED 20,000 – 22,000
