The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for Arranging new properties inventory for sale and rent and conducting property tours, negotiating deals, closing sales, and maintaining a portfolio of properties. The role involves convert leads accordingly, meeting with clients to understand their property needs, providing advice on market conditions, prices, new trends and related matters, and preparing necessary paperwork with the help of office support.Qualifications• Graduate • 1-2 Years of experience in real estate.• A valid RERA certificate.• A valid driving license. • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.• High ethical standards and professionalism.• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.• Proficiency in local real estate laws and market conditions.Wattasap your CV @ 0558777512
