PayGyft, owned by Virob ECommerce India (P) Limited , is a first-of-its-kind megascale Loyalty Program both for online as well as offline retailers. The program has been conceptualised to help these retailers retain their customers as well as get fresh customers which is the biggest challenge for any small or mid sized business today.
PayGyft is currently in a startup phase, operating with a team of around 70+ like minded professionals, all working towards aggregating the largest merchant base across the country through a lineup of State and District Channel Partners. We are now looking for specialised Sales Professionals to bolster our growing team as well as to build and manage a formidable network of Channel Partners across the country.
Desired Candidate: Ideal candidate is the one with at least 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in Retail, Insurance or Startup Companies. Our Area Sales Manager will be responsible to find new Channel Partners in all the major districts of the states assigned to him
Regional Territory Span: 1-2 States
Team Size: All our Channel Partners are required to employ 1-2 Asst. Marketing Managers, who will be reporting to the Area Sales Managers. The KRA of Asst. Marketing Managers will be to register 5-6 Retailers/Merchants on PayGyft on daily basis.
Key Responsibilities of an Area Sales Manager:
To hunt for wannabe entrepreneurs in his region for the profile of State Channel Partner and District Channel Partners.
To train these Channel Partners on the concept of merchant aggregation and Loyalty-Cashback program and to help them setup their PayGyft business from the scratch.
To help the Channel Partner in recruitment of 1-2 Asst Marketing Managers and then train and handle these AMMs to achieve optimum productivity.
To set monthly and weekly goals in discussion with the Regional Heads/Line Managers as well as in synchronisation with his/her yearly goal sheet to reach the optimum levels of productivity
Salary: Negotiable. Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate. Anything between 3.6Lacs to 5.4Laca p.a. plus Incentives would fit our budget perfectly.
