Sales & Leasing Executive (Commission Only)Responsibilities:Identify and connect with clients looking to buy, sell, or lease properties.Negotiate and close sales and rental deals professionally.Maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and tenants.Manage rental listings, match tenants to properties, and assist landlords in leasing.Conduct property viewings and prepare sales/lease agreements.Requirements:Proven experience in UAE real estate sales and/or leasing.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Strong market knowledge, networking abilities, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate or Sales experience preferred.Strong client handling and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Dubai property laws and RERA guidelines is a plus.????
