The Role:
·
Handling
end to end recruitment with ability to manage multiple requirements at a time.
·
Conducting
initial screening in order to check the candidate's suitability in attitude,
academics, professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc.
before processing
·
Candidate
should be well versed with Job portal like; Naukri/ Monster/ Times jobs etc.
·
Handling
recruitments for all BPO functions including middle level
hiring.
·
Following
up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they
have any issues such as, compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc.
·
Should
have (preferably) handled hiring for outbound telesales candidates for
International market
·
Preparing
and updating HR policies and procedures
·
Should
be able to manage vendors
