Role/Objective
of the position: Business Development ExecutiveMain
responsibilities: ·       
Follow the Sales process to close leads
generated from Marketing.·       
Generate leads from cold calling.·       
Build a relationship with brokers to
generate potential leads.·       
Qualify Leads and ensures properties
brought on board are up to companies’ expectations.·       
Achieve quarterly TargetRequirements
of the Role:·       
Experience in property acquisition
in either the real estate market or holiday homes.OR·       
Previous experience in Sales in a 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai.·       
Strong communication skills and IT
fluency.·       
Excellent English is written and
communication skills·       
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint.·       
Must have a valid driver's license. Internal Department: BD                                  Salary: 7,500Reporting Manager: BDM                                 Reporting Location: Dubai
