Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. Manage and develop
sales skills of team members, provides encouragement to team members
including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new
training or skill checks

2. Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction, provides quality customer service, including interacting
with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer
complaints

3. Develops strategies to
promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance
goals

4.
Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and
continuing expectations

5. Generates and shares
comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance,
mission-related objectives, and deadlines

6. Achieve monthly revenue
targets

7. Maximize revenue
generation through cross-selling and customer retention

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in
business or management preferred

2.3 to 6 years of
experience working in team handling in investment advisor/Stock
advisory firm or in a banking, insurance, brokerage firm or similar firm in the
financial services sector.

3. Should have experience
in team handling

4. Outbound calling
experience

5. Strong interpersonal
and communication skills (English and Hindi both)

 

Job Location:-Bangalore -
Work from office: Salary 35K to
60K/month take home, depending on profile
