Urgent position for our FMCG Client-Gujarat,India

Primary Responsibilities:
Be the single point of contact from the Company for a distributor

? Managing and Driving the Sales volumes and billing of a distributor in a town

? Manage and grow both the Primary and Secondary Volumes at a distributor by
intensive on-field marketing at retailers.
? Conduct Contractor-Mason activities at Tile Shops, Cement Stores and Hardware
Stores

? Handling and expanding the customer set of distributors

? Ensuring Payment and collection efficiency from a distributor

Qualifications
Essential :
? 12th Pass, Graduate preferred
Previous Experience
Essential : Past work experience in sales

? Desired : Construction Chemicals

? Cement Based Water proofing products for Tiles
Functional Competencies
? Spoken English, Excel, reporting
Behavioral Competencies
? Negotiation skills, Verbal skills
