CUSTOMER HAPPINESS CONSULTANT
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. A CUSTOMER HAPPINESS CONSULTANT PERFORMS THE SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND EMIRATIZATION, PASSPORTS, IDENTITY, THE JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT AND ALL PRINTING SERVICES.2. GREETING AND WELCOMING CUSTOMERS.4. RESPECT THE CUSTOMER AND BE COURTEOUS WHEN ANSWERING THE CUSTOMER'S QUESTIONS.5. FAIRNESS AND IMPARTIALITY IN DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS6. GOOD LISTENING, IN ADDITION TO BEING ABLE TO ANSWER ALL CUSTOMER INQUIRIES.7. EXPERIENCE AND FULL KNOWLEDGE OF PROCEDURES AND LAWS.8. INITIATION IN PROVIDING SERVICES AND DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER HAPPINESS.9. TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT EVADING IT.10. UNDERSTANDING AND TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE PRIVACY OF DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF CUSTOMERS (THE ELDERLY, WOMEN, PEOPLE OF DETERMINATION, BUSINESSMEN, SIMPLE WORKERS, ETC.).
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS- High School
PREFERENCE - UAE National is required.Location : Khalidiya, Abudhabi
