Job Description

Develop project plans and oversee the management of large-scale projects to ensure that completion is to budget and delivered within the defined time, quality, allocated resources including materials and manpower ensuring all EHS standards are met.
Management of vendors and contractors to ensure delivery and compliance of contractual KPIs and SLAs.
Provide technical information and assist in technical evaluations related to RFPs and tender submissions.
Assist with the preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals.
Essential Skills & Experience Required
10+ years project management experience in the design and construction of mixed-use residential and commercial buildings in the UAE / Gulf region.
Excellent working knowledge of international construction standards, project management, design and build techniques, planning and estimation.
