Job Description

Troubleshooting of Desktops, Servers Printers, IT Assets, Managed IT Services, IT Security and Backup Solutions Engineer should be good in communication as he has to take call via remote and should able to resolve IT related issue as soon as possible. He should be proactive and quick learner and should have passion for IT. Duties & ResponsibilitiesMonitoring and Patching all the serverTroubleshooting and Resolving query of Networking device & maintaining backup and reportEnsure 100% up time of serverEnsuring all the server Backup is in place and troubleshoot if requiredHandling and supporting query raised by Jr Engineer and guide them accordinglyReporting & maintaining Network diagrams and all the documentation of clientsWilling to work at any stage in organizationUnderstand and resolve client query as per SLA Qualifications
